Assistant Director- Office of Children, Young Adults, and Families- Atlanta
In the absence of the OCYF Senior Director, the Assistant Director will attend and represent the Director at meetings and other events.
Support Senior Director in the identification of CYF-focused grants and grant development in collaboration with the Office of Federal Grants and Suicide Prevention.
Serve as OCYF expert in System of Care and support Senior Director in the management of SOC contracts, grants, and processes.
Support the Senior Director in responding to legislative inquiries, report development, etc.
Manage and develop assigned contracts annually.
Manage OCYF requisition approvals.
Provide supervision to direct reports, the MATCH and Training Directors.
Provide assistance, guidance, and technical assistance to all staff within OCYF as it relates to contracts, budgets, data analysis, reports and other needs.
Develop data management/analysis tools for direct program oversight.
Be responsive to network provider requests for programmatic technical assistance.
Facilitate and participate in advisory committees.
Have knowledge of all programs under OCYF, to include MATCH, IC3, LIPT, Community of Practice, MARCH, Apex, Mental Health Resiliency Clubhouses, CSUs, and State Contract beds.
