Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term goals and policies that define the future of forensic mental health within one of our leading mental health hospitals.
Clinical Oversight: Direct the delivery of hospital health services to ensure they are adequate, accessible, and compliant with Joint Commission and APA standards.
Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and hire a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Operational Excellence: Manage the procedural expectations of a team of hospital clinical professionals, participate in budget administration, and modernize care through the integration of diagnostic technology and data-driven assessments.
Program Innovation: Monitor and evaluate local program effectiveness, adapting strategies to meet the evolving needs of the individuals in care.
