Clinical Incident Management Analyst- Atlanta

Job Summary:
Conducts reviews of incidents for individuals served in our community to determine risk and needed referral.s

Job Responsibilities:
• Acts as subject matter expert in specified area (nursing, behavior, social work, counseling, IDD services, etc.)
• Provides support to incident management functions, provider reviews, investigations, and corrective actions.

Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Two years of related experience OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Four years of related experience OR Associate’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Five years of experience, Two years of which in a position directly related to the area of assignment OR Two years of experience required at the lower level Complnc Specialist 2 (RCP061) or position equivalent.
