Food Service Manager – Augusta
Augusta, GAJob Summary:
Under general supervision, performs a variety of kitchen and food preparation related tasks. Also, assists in coordinating the kitchen activities.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities Include:
• Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
• Enforces DBHDD food service and safety policies
• Oversee set up of varying workstations
• Performs basic food prep work as needed
• Schedules and receives food and beverage deliveries
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of experience in a food service operation in a capacity that involved formal supervision of workers; or one (1) year of experience at the lower level Food Svc Spec 1 (FFT010) or position equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
• One year of experience working in a food service setting
