Serves as the primary contact for all planning activities pertaining to Cooperative Agreement for the Garrett Lee Smith State/ Tribal Youth Suicide Prevention and Early Intervention Program (GLS)
Primary Duties & Responsibilities Include:
• Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure grant activities are properly executed
• Identify areas of improvement within grant activities
• Ensures all programmatic and budgetary reporting required by federal, state, and other entities is completed promptly
• Oversee quality improvement efforts associated with the grant
• Creates and delivers oral and written presentations or reports
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of experience performing work related to area of assignment; or seven (7) years of experience performing work related to area of assignment; or one (1) year of experience at the lower level Healthcare Prgm Consultant 1 (HCP090) or position equivalent. Note: Some positions may require licensure.
Preferred Qualifications
• Graduate degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in human services, public administration, business administration, program management, or a related field appropriate to the area of assignment is preferred.
• Three years of experience in evaluation, counseling or psychotherapy, or other helping profession
• Three years of experience supervising professional staff
