Job Summary:
Under broad supervision, maintains grounds in an attractive and orderly condition by trimming lawns, removing leaves and debris and other related duties.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Include:
• Operates and maintains grounds equipment as necessary
• Makes improvements to walks, lanes, sheds, and benches, including painting and minor repairs
• Mows and edges lawns, using power mowers and edgers
• Provides preventive maintenance pertaining to grounds area

Minimum Qualifications
One (1) year of job-related experience and valid driver’s license; or one (1) year of experience at the lower level Groundskeeper 2 (FES031) or position equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
• Two years of experience performing groundskeeping work
