Job Summary:
Under general supervision, enters and processes personnel and payroll transactions. Compiles and files employment reports. Searches files and furnishes information to authorize persons. May serve as a lead worker.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
? Serve as primary contact for Kronos system management, issues and concerns for Georgia Regional Hospital and Regions One and Three
? Process and enter payroll/position transactions, docks and adjustments, termination actions and information, and enrollments by established deadlines
? Reconcile and resolve payroll issues, errors and discrepancies as necessary prior to deadlines
? Review, develop and implement efficient work processes for accurate and effective handling and processing of payroll and position actions
? Comply with and ensure all Payroll deadlines are met
? Run and complete Payroll and HR related reports, queries and genies
? Answer questions from employees or management regarding personnel and payroll transactions Process/maintain leave records and information (as backup)
