Job Description:

Oversees and supports Planning List Administrators (PLAs) and State Service Coordinators (SSCs) assigned to a DBHDD Regional Field Office or coverage area in the performance of duties. Ensures that the PLA/SSC team is productive, responsive and provides accurate information to maintain a high level of customer service.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervises and plans work of assigned staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Ensures that PLAs are moving individuals forward into services at a rate that will meet performance goals while maintaining a person-centered approach that meets individual needs.
Ensures that SSCs are completing service plans, monitoring services as required, and reviewing individuals for conversion to Waiver funding.
Tracks completion of annual and initial needs assessments by the PLA Navigator and other team members and prepares quarterly reports to meet Waiver deliverable requirements.
