Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Federal Grants & Suicide Prevention Director, the person in this position serves as the primary contact for all planning activities pertaining to Promoting the Integration of Primary Health Care-GA (PIPBHC-GA).

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provides oversight and management of all grant-funded Promoting the Integration of Primary Health Care activities, including the development and management of project infrastructure. Collaborates with the Project Evaluator to develop and implement the evaluation plan while also designing, executing, and overseeing the Program Readiness Review and Fidelity Monitoring Program.
• Manages the grant budget and collaborates with DBHDD Program Managers to ensure contracted providers utilize funds as directed.
• Ensures all programmatic and budgetary reporting required by federal, state, and other entities is completed promptly and serves as the primary liaison between DBHDD and SAMHSA for the grant.
• Makes recommendations for priorities and necessary changes throughout the grant cycle.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED AND One year of professional level experience related to the area of assignment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Graduate degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in a helping profession (psychology, counseling, nursing, public health) or in research-related fields (public health, health services/evaluation research, statistics, biostatistics, or measurement theory) is preferred.
• Five years of experience in evaluation, counseling or psychotherapy, or other helping professions; five years of experience supervising professional staff; and five years of experience managing large, complex projects are generally preferred.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to handle confidential matters with the utmost integrity.
