Job Summary:
Under the administrative direction of the Deputy Assistant Commissioner, Regional Field Operations (DBHDD), the Regional Director (RD) ensures that the full array of mental health, developmental disability and substance use disorder services are available and accessible within the region.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversees the identification, integration, and implementation of services and supports to ensure access and continuity of service delivery within the Region.
• Develops, maintains, and supports effective working relationships with stakeholders through effective, informative, and frequent interaction and communication.
• Establishes criteria to develop and measure performance, performance improvement activities, and outcomes of community providers and the regional office.
• Provides assistance and implements processes to support quality and evidence-based practices.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated success in leading behavioral health or developmental disability or substance use disorder programs and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Excellent managerial, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
